TUMON, Guam — The Hyatt Regency Guam will be hosting its Wine Lovers, Food Masters event starting on April 27. The event is a series of four wine and food pairings, to be held in the Hyatt ballroom, featuring wines of the Napa Valley region and a dinner menu created by the Hyatt’s Executive Sous Chef Kum Woo “Tony” Lee.
The first evening of the series, on April 27, will feature wine from Duckhorn Vineyards. The subsequent pairings will be held May 20 as a Saturday brunch, featuring Bottega wine; June 29 featuring Silver Oak; Aug. 3 featuring Robert . . .
