The Federal Bureau Investigation conducted a search and made an arrest on March 30 of the office of Beilida Overseas (CNMI) Ltd., the construction company working to build the Imperial Pacific casino.
According to court documents filed in the District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands on April 1, the search was prompted by the death of a worker on March 22.
