Construction executives plead guilty to abusing H-2B visa program, money laundering

The District Court of Guam on March 27 passed judgement on Guam Construction Co.’s president and treasurer, Byong Hee Kang, and vice president and secretary, Choon Hee Kang, in allegations of conspiracy to commit visa fraud and money laundering. Both defendants entered plea deals. Byong Hee Kang pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud and is ordered to pay $12,334 in penalties.
