HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The 22nd Micronesian Islands’ Forum, renamed last year from its former name of Micronesian Chief Executives Summit, will be held from May 1–3 at the Hyatt Regency Guam. The last summit was held Feb. 23–24, 2016, in Koror, Palau.
The annual gathering of the six governors and three presidents of Micronesia — Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia — meet to examine issues of common concern and to agree on ways to collectively address issues.
