HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The Office of Public Accountability issued on March 10 a decision of the public auditor for Trans Steel Management’s appeal of the Guam Power Authority’s denial of procurement protest dated Dec. 1, concerning the invitation for bid that solicited miscellaneous surplus salvage items for sale by GPA.
