AGANA HEIGHTS, Guam  — Vice Adm. Forrest Faison, surgeon general of the Navy and chief of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, visited Guam on March 13 and 14 to meet with officials and assess the needs and capabilities of the Navy’s medical facilities and services on Guam.
