NAVFAC Pacific contract awarded for base development facilities

  WASHINGTON, D.C. — RMAA-API JV LLC of Honolulu was awarded a maximum amount $30 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for design and engineering services for architectural projects at various locations under the cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific area of responsibility, 70% of which will be on Guam and 30% on Hawaii.

The projects consist of construction of base development facilities including, but not limited to, bachelor enlisted quarters, a consolidated officers and enlisted club, a fire station, a fitness center, a dining facility, an auditorium/theater, an exchange/retail store, a school . . .
