TAMUNING, Guam — The Onward Mangilao Golf Club, represented by William B. Flores, president and owner of W.B. Flores and Associates, as well as Richard Sana, associate planner of FC Benavente Planners, was approved by the Guam Land Use Commission on March 9 for a conditional use permit to amend its master plan.
The golf club’s master plan currently prohibits the property from being used for residential housing development. However, the proposed master plan amendment would allow the golf course site to have potentially develop parcels for residential dwellings.
