Guam Chamber’s new home

  HAGÅTÑA, Guam — A new home for the Guam Chamber of Commerce is underway on Soledad Avenue in Hagåtña adjacent to ASC Trust Corp. Ada’s Trust & Investment Inc. will be developing the “Harbor View Building,” according to the building permit, for a cost of $1.3 million. Isagani Baluyut Construction is the contractor. The chamber is currently housed in the Ada Plaza Center on Aspinall Avenue in Hagåtña.
