KOROR, Palau — Palau Pacific Resort announced plans to construct the island nation’s first pool villas. A March 7 release from the resort, owned by Pacific Islands Development Corp., a subsidiary of Tokyu Land, said that construction is expected to start in late March with an expected completion date of the end of 2018.
There will be eight villas, each with a private terrace and infinity swimming pool. Five Lagoon View Villas face Ngereksong Cove, two Pond View Villas face the Lotus Pond, and one Hilltop Villa, equipped with three bedrooms, including . . .
