TAMUNING, Guam — The Department of Public Works will issue an amended request for proposal for the rebuilding of Simon A. Sanchez High School and other public schools, it said in its March 2 response to Core Tech’s Feb. 8 protest to the third RFP.
While DPW and the evaluation committee believe that the RFP fully complies with the governing law and Guam’s Procurement Code, the consensus was that it is in the best interests of Simon Sanchez High School students, faculty, staff and community to avoid further delays with an appeal.
