Coast Guard support search and rescue capabilities in Chuuk

SANTA RITA, Guam — The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam personnel returned from Chuuk in the Federated States of Micronesia in February onboard USNS Red Cloud. They were invited by Gov. Johnson S. Elimo to attend the 
anniversary of Operation Hailstone, a massive air and surface attack by the U.S. Navy on the Japanese naval and air base on Chuuk during World War II.
