The base operations support services contract is still mired in uncertainty.
On March 14, the Contracting Office issued a special notice “to inform industry [that] Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific or NAVFAC Pacific — through its Services Contracts Division is seeking information on establishing a bridge contract (up to 10 months) for this requirement.” Responses for the special notice are due on March 28.
NAVFAC Pacific told the Journal on March 14 it was “in the process of responding” to the latest protest.
The Government Accountability Office on Jan. 18 upheld . . .
