MANGILAO, Guam — The University of Guam launched its Regional Center for Public Policy on Feb. 16, as well as its first publication, the 2016 CNMI Economic Report. The Regional Center for Public Policy is a repository of research on public policy issues, including government structure, public finance, environment, sustainability and economic development, water resources, education, health care, human services, technology, urban growth and quality of life.
The 2016 CNMI Economic Report is a compilation of data on the Northern Mariana Islands, to include tourism, income, spending, employment and inflation, as well as federalization and the U.S. military . . .
