Korean investor seeks resolution in fraud case

A Korean investor suing residents of Saipan for wire fraud, mail fraud, forgery, theft and extortion on March 1 asked the District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands to make a default judgment in favor of his claim because the accused parties have not replied or made a plea in the case.
