TAMUNING, Guam — The Guam Land Use Hybrid Commission accepted on Feb. 23 at its regular meeting the master plan for a previously approved Planned Unit Development for the proposed expansion of Wonderful Resorts LLC, which does business as Wonderful Windward Hills Resort.
The project, though approved in 1972, did not have a master plan document that could be found on file and was scheduled to be heard on Feb. 9.
