To be known as the One Stop Business License and Permitting Center Act, the bill establishes a permanent consolidated business license and permitting center to be operated and funded by the Guam Economic Development Authority and mandates a maximum waiting period of three days for all new business license and permitting applications. If enacted, the new One Stop Business License and Permitting Center will begin operations on Oct. 1.
