TAIPEI — Starting June 3, EVA Air, which had been flying its Guam route using one of its signature Hello Kitty themed jets, will utilize a different, non-themed aircraft on the route, the airline confirmed to the Journal.
“EVA is in the process of refreshing its Hello Kitty and Sanrio Family Jets, creating new liveries and introducing new themes,” the airline told the Journal, adding that its Guam service would no longer have a themed aircraft.
Previously, the route used an A330-200 wide-body aircraft, seating 252 passengers in a 2-2-2 configuration in the Premium Laurel class . . .
