Testimony reveals Prestige Automobiles fined for cars in China


HAGÅTÑA, Guam — Ongoing investigations by the Federal Bureau of Investigations revealed that Shen’s Corp., which does business as Prestige Automobiles, was fined by BMW Germany for selling vehicles outside of the dealership’s region.

Prestige Automobiles and two of its employees, Orlando P. Domingo and Ana Kristine Lara Absalon, are accused of obtaining the personal information of seven individuals without authorization to file forged bills of sale, registration applications and insurance cards with the Department of Revenue & Taxation for eight vehicles, including BMWs and Range Rovers, from Jan. 1, 2015 to Dec. 31, 2015.
