TAMUNING, Guam — Core Tech International Corp. filed a protest on Feb. 8 against the third request for proposal issued in January for the rebuilding of Simon A. Sanchez High School and other public schools. The previous RFP was the subject of multiple protests by Core Tech after the multimillion dollar project was awarded to Guam Educational Facilities Foundation Inc., and Public Auditor Doris Flores Brookes advised that it should be re-bid.
