WASHINGTON, D.C. — Madeleine Z. Bordallo, Guam’s delegate to Congress, was reappointed as the ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee’s Readiness Subcommittee. The Readiness Subcommittee oversees military readiness, training, logistics and maintenance issues and programs, military construction, installations and family housing issues and the base realignment and closure process. It also oversees civilian personnel, energy security and environmental issues that affect the Department of Defense. Bordallo has served as the Readiness Subcommittee’s ranking member since 2011.
Bordallo will also continue to serve on the House Armed Services Committee’s Subcommittee on Seapower and Projection . . .
