PITI, Guam — APL is in the process of assuming ownership and management of its Guam office, which had previously been operated by a third-party agency, the ocean carrier announced in a release yesterday. The transition is expected to be complete in April.
APL’s sales, customer service, operations and equipment had previously been handled by Norton Lilly International from an office at Guam’s port, according to Journal files. As part of the transition, the company is converting the office to APL management and has doubled the size . . .
