SANTA RITA, Guam — The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Washington, homeported in Santa Rita, Guam, is returning from a two-week joint law enforcement patrol with Palau and Australia under Operation Kaukledm, according to a U.S. Coast Guard release on Jan. 27.
The Palauan patrol boat PSS President Remelik, the Washington and aircraft contracted with Australia’s Defense Cooperation Program conducted patrols within Palau’s exclusive economic zone and territorial seas.
