Daddy Cinti

  Chef Vincente F. “Cinti” Fabella opened Daddy Cinti in the Harmon Loop Plaza with a soft opening in September. Casual Filipino food is available for lunch and dinner from 10:30 a.m.–2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.–11 p.m. daily, except for Sunday lunchtime.

  The menu includes popular fare, such as crispy kare-kare, brixilog, bulalo and tocilog. Fabella has previously owned restaurants in the Philippines and has cooked in the Middle East prior to arriving on Guam.

  Live music is available during dinner hours by the owner . . .
