Rebound for Guam’s Russia market faces challenges

A rebound of the Russian tourism market to Guam, which is up 6.9% this December versus last December but down more than 80% since 2014, could happen under certain circumstances that Bartley A. Jackson, president of Hotel Santa Fe Guam and chairman of the Russia and New Markets Committee for the Guam Visitors Bureau, discussed at a Rotary Club of Guam meeting on Jan. 26 at the Pacific Star Resort & Spa.
