WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald J. Trump announced on Jan. 25 his intention to nominate Philip Bilden as the 76th secretary of the Navy.
If confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Bilden will replace Ray Mabus, who was the longest serving Navy secretary since World War I.
