WASHINGTON, D.C. — TEC-AECOM Pacific JV of Charlottesville, Va., was awarded a $10 million firm-fixed price modification to increase the maximum dollar value of an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineering services for the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act documents and environmental studies at various Navy and Marine Corps activities. Ninety percent of the work will be performed in Guam.
