New development aims to fill gap in Northern offerings

A rezoning application before the Guam Land Use Commission is the first step in the development of a Yigo property on Chalan Lujuna, close to Perez Acres.

  Daniel D. Swavely of Daniel D. Swavely Consulting Services Inc. applied on Dec. 12 for rezoning of the rectangular three-acre property from Mixed Use to Commercial on behalf of Ysengsong Inc. and Kevin J. Yang.

  In the application, Swavely detailed a variety of statistics showing why Yigo is “commercially underserved.”

  Ysengsong Inc. will do business as Yigo Family Plaza, a one . . .
