Guam Economic Development Authority Board Member and Vice Chairman of the Guam Visitors Bureau Monte D.M. Mesa is in discussion with the Inarajan Municipal Planning Council and Sen. Thomas A. Morrison to incentivize a hotel developer and operator to build and operate around 24 luxury villas in the Inarajan Historic District. Mesa presented the proposal, which is a modification to the village’s revitalization plan funded by the Guam Preservation Trust, to the Guam Economic Development Authority board of directors at its regular meeting on Jan. 26.
