MANGILAO, Guam — The Department of Public Health and Social Services announced on Jan. 25 its recommendations for certification of all medicinal marijuana operations.
After discussions with several off-island consultants and a review of some of the certification programs in the United States, the department determined that all applicants for cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and laboratory services, prior to receiving a permit to operate must have demonstrated that they have started the certification process for any of those operations.
