I realize how tempting it is for some artistic businesspeople to decorate a plain email, when there are fonts with attractive slants and curls, and you can place your message type against a background of, say, parchment and write it in any one of a rainbow of colors, or more than one color.
Imagine the time all that embellishment took. I feel honored to be the recipient. It hardly seems appropriate to complain.
