Airport arrival wait times decrease using CBP Reimbursable Program

Average wait times in the Customs and Border Protection arrival hall for immigrations processing have decreased by nearly 40% at the Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport, Guam, by making use of the CBP Reimbursable Services Program since Dec. 18.

“Under the U.S. CBP Reimbursable [Services] Program, GIAA has requested USCBP to augment staffing in the afternoon peak periods with two additional officers from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily,” said Pedro Roy Martinez, the airport’s deputy executive director, as part of the executive manager report at the . . .
