HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The Guam Chamber of Commerce announced on Jan. 18 that the board of directors elected its officers for the 2017 administrative year.
Bobby Shringi, sales and marketing manager for Moylan’s Insurance Underwriters Inc., was unanimously elected chairman of the board; James S. Herbert III, general manager, Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods Inc. was elected vice chairman; and Joe M. Arnett, senior advisor, Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-elected secretary-treasurer.
