HAGATNA, Guam — The legal counsel for Shen’s Corp., which does business as Prestige Automobiles, and two of its employees accused of fraud and identity theft went before Judge Alberto C. Lamorena III Jan. 17, only for the proceedings to be rescheduled for February on a date to be determined. Prestige Automobiles filed a motion of dismissal on Jan. 6, and the defendants have all requested several documents from the Office of the Attorney General. Orlando P. Domingo, one of the employees accused in the case, through his legal counsel filed a request to be allowed to return to work . . .
