Morinaga to head GVB board

The elected chairman of the Guam Visitors Bureau board of directors for the past four years, Mark S. Baldyga, president and CEO of the Baldyga Group, is being relieved by Milton K. Morinaga, managing director of PHR Ken Micronesia.

“Change is always healthy. We have a great board and strong management,” Baldyga said.

Morinaga headed the Japan Market Committee on the GVB board in 2016 and will do so again this year.
