Attorneys for GCA and USCIS discuss potential settlement on H-2B denial case

The attorneys representing the Guam Contractors Association et. al. and the U.S. Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch et. al. over the dispute of H-2B worker petition denials in Guam are negotiating a potential settlement agreement, following the Jan. 17 hearing for a preliminary injunction on case CV-16-00075.
