News flash – Attorneys for GCA and USCIS to discuss potential settlement on H-2B denial case

HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The attorneys representing the Guam Contractors Association et. al. and the U.S. Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch et. al. over the dispute of H-2B worker petition denials in Guam will discuss a potential settlement agreement, following today’s hearing for a preliminary injunction on case CV-16-00075.
