DEDEDO, Guam — Japan’s minister of defense, Tomomi Inada, was in Guam yesterday and today to examine progress in the military buildup in anticipation of the Marines’ move from Okinawa and to see a battery of the U.S. Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system in consideration of purchasing the system for use in Japan.
