TAMUNING, Guam — The Guam Land Use Commission has formally accepted for consideration the application for the construction of condominiums at Pago Bay. Final documents for the Pago Bay Marina Resort were submitted to the Department of Land Management in December by the project’s architect, Barbara Burkhardt, and were deemed complete by the agency and presented to the commission yesterday.
