Supreme Court reverses ruling in Hemlani trust case, returns to Superior Court

The Supreme Court of Guam has ordered the dispute over the handling of the Radhi Puran Trust to continue in the Superior Court. The Supreme Court on Dec. 20 reversed the Superior Court’s dismissal of Kamlesh Hemlani’s case against co-trustees of the trust.

The case involves the alleged misuse of a trust established by the late P.D. Hemlani and Radhi Puran Hemlani.
