Prestige Auto pleads not guilty to charges of identity theft, forgery

HAGÅTÑA, Guam — During an arraignment in the Superior Court of Guam on Dec. 28, John Shen, president of Shen Corp., which does business as Prestige Automobiles, appeared in court, pleading through his legal representative not guilty to multiple charges of impersonation and identify theft, tampering with public records, conspiracy and forgery.

The charges were filed on Dec. 20 against Shen Corp. and Prestige Automobiles and two of its employees, Ana Kristine Lara Absalon and Orlando P. Domingo. According to the complaint, Prestige Automobiles, Absalon and Domingo allegedly obtained the personal information of seven individuals without authorization to file . . .
