In the next several years, Saipan hotels will start to see their leases with the Department of Public Land come to an end, including Hyatt Regency Saipan and Fiesta Resort Saipan. Following the termination of the lease for Mariana Resort & Spa, these hotels are left with hope that their longevity and goodwill in the community will be favorable in negotiations.
