BARRIGADA, Guam — Maj. Rickey M. Flores took command of the Guam National Guard’s 94th Civil Support Team on Dec. 15. Flores began his military career in 1997 as an infantryman and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in 2002. He most recently served as the director of domestic operations branch as well as the Guard’s provost marshal. He is a retired police officer as well as a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy.
Col. Ronnie B. Delfin had been commander of the 94th Civil Support Team since August 2014 . . .
