The Supreme Court of Guam on Dec. 28 affirmed in part and reversed in part the Superior Court’s decision in M Electric Corp.’s case against Phil-Gets (Guam) International Trading Corp., which does business as J&B Modern Tech. MEC filed suit against J&B Modern Tech, alleging money is owed on projects contracted by the Guam Power Authority.
