HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The Department of Public Works issued Notices of Intent to Award to Hawaiian Rock Products for the resurfacing of Macheche Avenue and Chalan Balako, according to a Dec. 15 release from the Office of the Governor of Guam. The contracts are going through the approval process, and once signed by the governor, the contractor will have to go through the permitting process, after which the contractor will have 180 days to complete the projects.
