Agencies seek changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Department of Defense, General Services Administration and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement regulatory changes made by the Small Business Administration. The changes provide a government-wide policy for partial set-asides and reserves and set aside orders for small-business concerns under multiple-award contracts.

To be considered in the formation of the final rule, interested parties should submit written comments to the Regulatory Secretariat Division on or before Feb. 6 at www.regulations.gov by searching for “FAR Case 2014-002.”
