The Occupational Safety & Health Administration will implement new requirements effective Jan. 1 for recording and submitting records of workplace injuries and illnesses. The changes will require some of the information to be submitted to OSHA electronically for posting on the OSHA website. OSHA published the final rule to revise its regulation on Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses on Nov. 18.
