MCC International Saipan Ltd. has settled a case filed against it by a construction worker claiming the company violated the workmen’s compensation law. Anwar Hossain filed a lawsuit against MCC International Saipan on June 24 alleging he was hospitalized in February for a crushed left leg, lacerations to both legs and a wounded ankle after a heavy pipe rolled onto his legs in an accident allegedly caused by a reckless crane operator at the Imperial Pacific Resort construction site. Hossain claims MCC had not paid for his medical bills or any other benefits he is afforded under the Commonwealth . . .
