CAPITOL HILL, Saipan — The U.S. Air Force has signed the Record of Decision to select Tinian International Airport for its Divert Activities and Exercises Initiative, according to a release yesterday from the governor’s office. The announcement comes as Gov. Ralph DLG Torres is in Hawaii to meet with Lt. Gen. Anthony G. Crutchfield, deputy commander of the U.S. Pacific Command.
