Some familiar names will soon be under new ownership.
Restaurant Brands New Zealand Ltd. announced on Oct. 25 that it had entered into an agreement to purchase Guam’s Taco Bell and Pizza Hut restaurants for $105 million. The deal includes 37 Taco Bell and 45 Pizza Hut restaurants on Guam, Saipan and Hawaii. There are seven Taco Bell and six Pizza Hut franchises in Guam and one Pizza Hut in Saipan. The restaurants are being sold by Pacific Islands Restaurants.
The agreement is for the purchase of 100% of the shares of Pacific . . .
